I’ve been spending all my time in my kitchen, it’s the only thing that keeps my mind somewhat at ease. In search of relief I decided to bake the LAUSD Coffee Cake from recently published by THE LOS ANGELES TIMES. It certainly didn’t wash my worries away but it does make sheltering in place a little more delicious…and right now comfort baking/cooking is one of the few things I can hold on to. HOLD ON this is temporary for all of us, is what I keep telling myself. 💙 Strong Hugs.
